As I’ve commented elsewhere, this ruling flies in the face of standard or proper procedure.
If the shooter died with a will, which she almost certainly did not, then the will would be executed AFTER her debt to society for the crimes she committed.
Therefore the victims’ families are certainly entitled to compensation, but that never, ever, ever comes as a direct transfer of possessions. If the shooter owned a house or a car, the victims’ families do not get to take that car or live in that house. You’ll notice they are not giving the victims’ families the guns she used. Why not?
The standard procedure is to liquidate all of her possessions, pay off her debts to society first, then execute any wills, then let anything left go through probate.
and let us not forget, when this whole bruhaha started Myles reported that her car was attacked the DAY BEFORE she was to make a decision on releasing the manifesto..what they dont want you to know is that Audrey Hale was abused by one of the deacons at covenant church. This story has been buried and despite my best efforts to being this into the public eye...no one WILL talk about it. Its a friggin cover up and this is what they are covering up.
