Tennessee Chancery Court Judge I’Ashea L. Myles is blocking the release of the Nashville shooter’s manifesto. The judge’s ruling sides with Nashville Metropolitan Government, as well as the the Covenant School and Covenant parents.
In the judge’s Friday ruling she said, “materials created by Hale are exempted from disclosure based on the federal Copyright Act.” The Tennessee Star did a full detailed report on the Judge’s ruling.
One of the petitioners in that case, The Tennessee Star CEO Michael Patrick Leahy, joined me to discuss the Judge’s ruling:
Judge Myles is a far-left activist posing as a judge. How do I know that? Take a look at her social media posts below.
UPDATE: Since posting these screenshots from from Judge’s instagram account she has since made her page private.
I’m sure some will label us as racist,
but the evidence points to another
liberal loon; the kind George Soros
loves to establish all across our poor
Country.
Copyright Act?!?! Is that a joke? So judges and law enforcement can see it, but you little people in the public have no right to see what killers think.
What a buffoon.
