Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis is trying to make her weak case stronger by making it appear like people are flipping.
The Fulton County DA issued a subpoena for former NYPD commissioner Bernie Kerik. The DA is looking for Kerik to testify in the first trial scheduled in Georgia. Kerik’s testimony would be used for Kenneth Chesebro’s and Sidney Powell’s trials. Those trials are taking place later this month. They are just two of the 19 defendants being targeted by the liberal DA.
Bernie Kerik’s attorney, Tim Parlatore, sent this letter (below) to Nathan Wade. Wade has led the Fulton County District Attorney’s election investigation. Fulton County taxpayers have forked up $548,977 for Wade’s political hit job.
In this letter, Kerik’s lawyer declares some critical points. Kerik is identified as a co-conspirator in the Fulton County indictments. Any lawyer (even those that barely passed the bar) would never allow their client to testify after prosecutors name them as a co-conspirator. Kerik isn’t even being offered immunity. Fulton County could have indicted Kerik.
Kerik isn't asking for immunity—as left-wing morons are suggesting. It’s just common sense that Kerik wouldn’t testify in a trial where he is listed as a co-conspirator.
Kerik says he intends on invoking his Fifth Amendment right if he is pressured to testify.
Kerik also issued this statement regarding the rumors that he’s flipping on the Fulton County co-defendants.
I think it’s pretty obvious what’s happening here. The Fulton County District Attorney’s office is in over their heads. They need one of these 18 defendants to flip against President Donald Trump.
The corporate media is in on it too. Last month, I pressured The Washington Post into providing a correction to their factless reporting. The Post made it appear like the former DOJ official and Fulton County Defendant Jeff Clark was “pressed” to write a letter to Georgia officials. WAPO made it appear like Clark’s lawyer claimed President Trump was the one that “pressed” him to write the letter regarding election fraud allegations. They claimed Clark’s lawyer said this in court. Funny thing about hearings—there’s always a transcript. After inquiring about the transcript, I found out this never happened. Clark’s lawyers never even used the words “pressed” or “pressured.” WAPO later responded to me by saying they issued a “correction.” Normally in journalism we call this a retraction, but their reporters had their feelings hurt so they softened the blow.
This might seem minor, BUT it isn’t. The Washington Post made it appear like Clark was throwing President Trump under the bus. Clark ensured me that his lawyer never did.
The Fulton County District Attorney’s office is in over their heads. These cooked up charges aren’t supported by the facts, and they know it.

Excellent column, Breanna. As for the above, they DON'T care if they lose their case. Not ONE iota. Their plan is 1) Character assassination and 2) Bankrupt Trump and his allies by forcing them to spend millions on legal defenses, appeals, etc. WITH THE FULL AND ENTHUSIASTIC support of about 85% of the media, which from this point on should be referred to as the "CIA-New York Times," "FBI-NBC News," "DHS-Disney (ABC News)," "Biden-Fox News," etc.
Congrats, Breanna, for your ION Achievement Award!
