EXCLUSIVE: NASA Shuts Down DEI Department

NASA has shut down its Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion department.

The announcement was made in an email sent by Acting Administrator Janet Petro. The administrator said NASA is following President Trump’s executive order to reduce and reorganize its workforce. She added, “We will close NASA’s Office of Technology, Policy, and Strategy, the Office of the Chief Scientist, and the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility branch in the Office of Diversity and Equal Opportunity, along with reducing their workforce.”

The DEI page on NASA website also appears to be removed.
