EXCLUSIVE: Georgia Sheriff's Office Did Not Arrest LGBTQ+ Activist Zulock After Rape Allegation; Suspect Later Adopted and Raped Two Sons

LGBTQ+ activists William Dale Zulock and Zachary Jacoby Zulock disgusted the nation after they admitted and were found guilty of raping their two adopted sons. The couple were both sentenced to 100 years in prison each.

The Zulock’s adopted the boys through a local Christian special-needs adoption agency, All God's Children, Inc.

Zach Zulock somehow cleared a background check, even though back in 2011 he was suspected of raping a 14-year-old boy in a separate case in Fayette County. I have exclusively obtained the documents related to that investigation from the Walton County’s Sheriffs Office.

It appears Walton County’s Sheriff Office dropped the ball. Walton County detective claims in his report he received a call from “Det. Josh Shelton of The Fayette County Sheriff’s Office. Det. Shelton said he was working a case of child molestion with a 14-year-old male victim. Det. Shelton’s suspect was a youth pastor named Nathan Moore. According to Det. Shelton, during the forensic interview with the victim, it was disclosed, a close friend of Nathan Moore, named Zachary Jacoby Zulock had also had sex with the 14-year-old male victim in Walton County. According to the victim, Mr. Zulock was house sitting for his grandmother, Joyce Ariail, who lives…Monroe, GA Walton County. Mr. Zulock had transported the victim to (that home) while he was house sitting, and while there, had sex several times with the 14-year-old victim. According to Det. Shelton after the incident, the 14-year-old victim was taken back to his home in Peachtree City, GA.”

This 2011 case was closed down without a whole lot of investigative work and Zachary was never charged.

In the final investigative summary, the Walton County’s Sheriff Office details why charges were never brought against Zachary. “As of October 11, 2012, there has been no successful contact made with the suspect’s grandmother. There has been no contact from the complainant/victim in this case since the case was forwarded from Fayette County. Attempts to attain the medical records and initial report from Fayetteville County have been unsuccessful. The disclose in this case was delayed, there is no physical evidence a the alleged suspect denied physical contact with the alleged victim. Det. Josh Shelton of Fayette County Sheriff’s Office has followed u-p with this deceptive with any additional information or to attain information from this detective. The las email to Det. Shelton went unanswered. At this time, Det. Smallman recommends this case be suspended pending the acquisition of information or evidence with any investigative value.”

Zachary Zulock

The youth pastor, Nathan Moore, was sentenced to 30-years in prison. According to Townhall’s Mia Cathell, “Zachary admittedly dated back then. According to Winfrey's wording, the police report indicated that authorities believed Zachary was trying to "make the pastor jealous."

Moore is currently serving a 30-year sentence in state prison. "Nathan manipulated and convinced me that he could be my daddy and eventually my only way to God..." the victim said at Moore's sentencing hearing, according to the 2011 case file obtained by Townhall. "I feel incapable of ever receiving pure and healthy love again."

In a statement obtained by Townhall, "a spokesperson for the Walton County Sheriff's Office told the outlet that the 2011 child rape case was "handled in a manner that is inconsistent with today's current investigatory standards.”

William Dale Zulock and Zachary Jacoby Zulock were found guilty of charges including aggravated anal and oral sodomy, severe child molestation causing significant harm to the child, incest, and the sexual exploitation of children. Additionally, Zachary admitted guilt to counts 16 and 17 for pandering involving individuals under 18.

Given the heinous nature of their offenses, they will serve their full 100-year sentences without the possibility of parole.
