EXCLUSIVE: FBI, DOJ and Rep. Jerry Nadler Worked Together to Target FBI Whistleblowers
It’s no secret—the FBI targets its own. O’Boyle was suspended by the bureau because internal investigators had concluded that he leaked sensitive investigative information to the right-wing group Project Veritas, but this was false. FBI whistleblower Kyle Seraphin was speaking with PV—not O’Boyle.
Democrats teamed up with the FBI and DOJ to launch an investigation into O’Boyle after he testified in front of Congress. Congresswoman Stacey Plaskett and Congressman Jerry Nadler referred O’Boyle for perjury after his testimony. That’s when the agencies secretively went around to reaching out to Apple and X to obtain his private information. The agency even revoked his security clearance earlier this year after he came forward.
O’Boyle testified that he had not spoken with the media prior to his suspension.
O’Boyle is still an employee of the FBI, but hasn’t been paid in 22 months.
I’ve exclusively obtained those subpoenas that were used to violate O’Boyle’s rights.
